Bakery FAQ

Easy – just give us a call or send us an email, allowing at least 48 hours advance notice. Phone us at (617) 497-1513 and speak to one of our front counter staff, who will take all the necessary information and communicate the order to the bakery; OR email the bakery directly at If you email the bakery your order will be acknowledged via return email.
Depending on our production load there’s no guarantee that we can accommodate a same-day order.
Unfortunately no. Our standard cakes are 9” cakes, which serve 12 – 16. Our vegan Cheesecake is a 10” cake, which serves 10 – 12.
Yes! We can make a sheet cake that serves 30 – 34. We do require at least 1 week notice for this.
Yes we do make wedding cakes! We offer a small two-tiered wedding cake that serves 24 – 26, in any of our regular cake flavors. We are not able to offer tastings at this time. Please order your wedding cake at least 3 weeks in advance. (Our vegan frostings…with the exception of our chocolate frosting…are very soft at room temperature and are probably not suited for outdoor weddings where temperatures will be above 70 degrees.)
Yes we do have Gluten-Free cakes and they are also vegan! We offer Gluten-Free cakes for special order: Gluten-Free cake layers are either Yellow or Chocolate and our Gluten-Free Frostings are Peanut-Butter Chocolate, Taza Chocolate or Vanilla. Our kitchen is not Gluten-Free, so our Gluten-Free products would not be suitable for those with extreme gluten sensitivities. We do use nuts for a variety of our bakery products, and we use the same equipment to produce them all. Coconut Milk is used in many of our products as well, so even if a product does not actually have nuts in it, it may have Coconut Milk, and Coconuts are generally considered Tree Nuts. For those with extreme allergies, our products would not be suitable.
